A process which refers to a combination of treatment procedures designed to remove organic and inorganic components in Water and Waste Water. The process utilizes and further enhances the very strong oxidizing power of hydroxyl radicals combined with electrocoagulation and ceramic membranes to oxidize organic compounds to the preferred end products of carbon dioxide and water. Chemical oxidation processes using hydrogen peroxide, ozone, combined ozone & peroxide CLO2 Ultra Sound & Ultra-violet enhanced oxidation such as US/UV/ozone, US/UV/hydrogen peroxide, US/UV/air and catalytic reagent.
1. Charging phase - Waste water flows into the first chamber.
2. Aeration phase - Activation of micro-organisms.
3. Rest phase - Settlement of the sludge at the bottom.
4. Clearwater extraction and sludge return - clean water flows out. A certain percentage of the sludge returns to the first chamber.
